I strive to make every client feel like my only client. To do that, I must understand the client's needs. I use a standard process for each project, starting with the creative brief. This allows me to get a feel for your project.

Next, we meet via Zoom conference or phone call to learn more about you, your organization, and its needs. I then provide a written proposal of services with multiple options so we can work together within your budget. Once a proposal is accepted, a detailed contract based on the accepted proposal is signed before the start of the project. 

I recommend a kick-off conference via Zoom that includes all relevant stakeholders to discuss project parameters and details, obtain required background information, create a project timeline, and set mutual expectations. This is followed by weekly 15-minute Zoom conferences to touch base, address any issues or questions, and keep you up-to-date with the project status. I deliver the materials within the mutually agreed timeline. Invoicing is scheduled as specified in the contract.​
